- When he goes to Eminönü, he sees the book in the Istanbul Bookstore and it attracts his attention.
- Due to his interest in Turkish food, he buys the book and decides that he wants to try kebab.
- He looks at restaurants with Kebab on the Contents page and sees that there is a recommended kebab restaurant in Eminönü.
- Goes to Eminönü icon page and reads general information about the region.

Istanbul Street Food Culture Project provides him the experience he wants by going to the restaurants through the map. He is mostly interested in historical places like Taksim Square.
- When he lands at the Istanbul airport, he enters a special bookstore and sees the Istanbul Street Food Culture Book.
- He sees the map inside and decides that it will be a good experience because he is interested in maps and buys it
- He wants to go to Taksim and experience it with the map, go to every restaurant on the map.
That's why it goes from the Table of Contents to the Taksim page.
- He reads information about Taksim Region and learns what to eat there.
- Goes to restaurant pages and reads articles about each restaurant.
